Order Processing

• Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before 3 PM (Cairo time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
• Please Note: Order processing may take up to 1 additional business day during high-demand periods, such as holidays and sales events.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of [65 - 200] EGP applies to all orders depending on shipping Cities.

Free Returns & Refund Policy
