Product Features:

The plantar fascia is a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of your foot and connects your heel bone to your toes. The Hot & Cold Foot Massage Ball can be used in several ways to relieve tired and achy feet, giving you the opportunity to customize the treatment you need when you need it.

For example, cold therapy helps reduce overall inflammation and swelling of the foot that causes discomfort. Additionally, applying cold therapy can temporarily reduce nerve activity to soot he discomfort.

Alternatively, hot massage therapy helps to improve circulation and blood flow and can relax the ligaments and tendons throughout the foot, including your plantar fascia area. This can soothe discomfort and help you move with ease, in the morning, throughout your day, and at night.

You may also use the massage ball at room temperature for a gentle or targeted, stimulating massage.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping option within Egypt:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days after processing.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (Cairo time) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note: Order processing may take up to one additional business day during high-demand periods (such as holidays and sales events).


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of 90–200 EGP applies to all orders, depending on the delivery city.

  • Shipping is available outside Cairo and Alexandria as well.


Shipping Deposits

  • For orders outside Cairo and Alexandria, a shipping deposit is required before the order is dispatched.

  • Customers who have previously placed an order but did not receive or refused delivery will also be required to pay a shipping deposit for their next order.

  • The deposit amount will be deducted from the total order cost upon successful delivery.


Pre-Orders

We offer a Pre-Order option for select items that are not immediately available in stock.

  • Delivery Time: Pre-orders typically take 14–21 business days to be fulfilled.

  • Deposit Requirement: For special request pre-orders, a 20% deposit of the item’s total price is required.

  • Non-Refundable Policy:

    • All pre-order deposits are non-refundable, including special request items.

    • If a customer decides to cancel a pre-order, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.


Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status directly through our website under Tracking Page or on the courier’s website.


Free Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 14-day free return policy on select items (as indicated on product pages).

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain products — such as perishable goods and personal care items — are non-returnable.


Customer-Initiated Returns

If a customer wishes to return an order without any defect or issue (for example, a change of mind or wrong size/color chosen),
the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees both ways (delivery and return).
