• Orders placed before 3 PM (Cairo time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of [65 - 200] EGP applies to all orders depending on shipping Cities.

Free Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-day free return policy on select items as indicated on product pages. For returns to be eligible:

• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
