Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options within Egypt:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days after processing.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 3 PM (Cairo time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Please Note: Order processing may take up to 1 additional business day during high-demand periods, such as holidays and sales events.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of [65 - 200] EGP applies to all orders depending on shipping Cities.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status directly through our website under Tracking Page or on the courier’s website.
Free Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-day free return policy on select items as indicated on product pages. For returns to be eligible:
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
- Certain products, such as perishable goods and personal care items, are exempt from returns.
For all other items, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Shipping fees for returns outside of the free-return period may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
