Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping option within Egypt:
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days after processing.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 2 PM (Cairo time) will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
Please note: Order processing may take up to one additional business day during high-demand periods (such as holidays and sales events).
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of 90–200 EGP applies to all orders, depending on the delivery city.
Shipping is available outside Cairo and Alexandria as well.
Shipping Deposits
For orders outside Cairo and Alexandria, a shipping deposit is required before the order is dispatched.
Customers who have previously placed an order but did not receive or refused delivery will also be required to pay a shipping deposit for their next order.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the total order cost upon successful delivery.
Pre-Orders
We offer a Pre-Order option for select items that are not immediately available in stock.
Delivery Time: Pre-orders typically take 14–21 business days to be fulfilled.
Deposit Requirement: For special request pre-orders, a 20% deposit of the item’s total price is required.
Non-Refundable Policy:
All pre-order deposits are non-refundable, including special request items.
If a customer decides to cancel a pre-order, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status directly through our website under Tracking Page or on the courier’s website.
Free Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 14-day free return policy on select items (as indicated on product pages).
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Certain products — such as perishable goods and personal care items — are non-returnable.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If a customer wishes to return an order without any defect or issue (for example, a change of mind or wrong size/color chosen), the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees both ways (delivery and return).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
