How to Use
Suggested Usage:
-Draw a line from the inner corner to the outer corner of upper and lower lids.
-For a more dramatic effect, apply all over the eyelid.
-Pencil may be blended with fingers or a brush to spread color all over the eyelid.
-To sharpen, use Sephora Collection Look Sharp Pencil Sharpener (sold separately).

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days (unless present in exception list below) . If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
