What is a bunion? A bunion is a painful enlargement caused by swelling of the big toe joint. In some cases, surgery may be required to correct severe bunions.
Do I have a bunion? You may have a bunion if you have pain of your big toe joint, redness and swelling of your big toe joint, a callus underneath your big toe joint or pain or decreased motion of your big toe.
What causes a bunion? Heredity, poorly fitting shoes and abnormal motion of the feet are some major causes of bunions. Shoes that are too narrow may cause the bunion to worsen. Arthritis can also be a factor.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping option within Egypt:

Order Processing

Orders are processed Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 2 PM (Cairo time) will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of 90–200 EGP applies to all orders, depending on the delivery city.

Shipping is available outside Cairo and Alexandria as well.
Shipping Deposits

For orders outside Cairo and Alexandria, a shipping deposit is required before the order is dispatched.

Customers who have previously placed an order but did not receive or refused delivery will also be required to pay a shipping deposit for their next order.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the total order cost upon successful delivery.
Pre-Orders
We offer a Pre-Order option for select items that are not immediately available in stock.

Delivery Time: Pre-orders typically take 14–21 business days to be fulfilled.

Deposit Requirement: For special request pre-orders, a 20% deposit of the item’s total price is required.

Non-Refundable Policy:

All pre-order deposits are non-refundable, including special request items.

If a customer decides to cancel a pre-order, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status directly through our website under Tracking Page or on the courier’s website.
Free Returns & Refund Policy

To qualify for a return:

Customer-Initiated Returns
